KayaArm Wholesale – minimum 6 (Canada)

Description

Note: As part of placing this order , the wholesaler acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions: 

1. Selling Price. The wholesaler will not sell any KayaArm for less than retail price listed on www.KayaArm.com website.

2. Online Sales: The wholesaler will not sell the KayaArm on/through e-commerce websites including Amazon, Shopify or other.

3. The KayaArm is protected by US Patent No. 8,381,673 and Canadian Patent No. 2.706,497.  The wholesaler acknowledges that the KayaArm is a protected patented product and agrees not to undertake any reverse engineering, or produce or sell any similar product.

4. Sales region: The wholesaler agrees to sell only within the wholesaler’s country of business.
