Our KayaArms are custom manufactured in Canada by highly skilled tradespeople. Currently the $800 USD de minimis exemption remains in effect which allows US residents to import up to 2 KayaArms per day with no duties or tariffs. For US residents who order more than 2 KayaArms we recommend placing separate orders of no more than 2 KayaArms each on separate days to stay under the $800USD de minimis daily limit.
It is a fluid situation and the new administration has stated their intention to close the de-minimis exemption, so we suggest ordering immediately to avoid potential additional fees levied by the US Government.
