I bought my Kaya Arm 2 years ago. TBH I was thinking it was probably be too good to be true. It has exceeded my expectations! It’s so helpful for older people, inexperienced or fearful kayakers, or those of us who like to get out there as quickly as possible. I have enjoyed many hours of paddling here on my lake in SC, with absolutely no worries about getting in or out. Highly recommend!

I own and operate a kayak tour company in St Croix USVI, Sea Thru Kayaks VI. We board over 600 passengers per month on our daytime and nighttime kayak tours. In October of 2022 we purchased the KayaArm Launch system.
The system took less than two hours to install, including the time spent mounting a ledger board on a concrete bulkhead. The KayaArm was packaged well and only took 10 minutes to assemble. Mounting would be equally as quick if we had a wood dock or pier. When it came time to launch boats, on our first night, we improved our launch rate by over 50%. Disembarking was insane. It took a fraction of the time it typically does. We now cycle our tandem kayaks in under 45 seconds for each boat, launching a 12 boat/24 passenger tour in under 10 minutes!
Since installation, we have loaded over 3,100 passengers without incident! We have converted a laborious load process to one that is fast and efficient resulting in greater guest and guide satisfaction!

After two harrowing attempts to board our kayaks at a launch site we frequently use, with one ending up overturned, I saw the Kayaarm online and decided to try it. We could not be happier with this product. It has removed the need to be motivated and the risks associated with boarding our kayaks. We now truly enjoy the experience. The product assembled easily using the YouTube video as a guide and we love it.

Excellent, low-cost solution (when compared with other products) for the problems connected with entering or exiting a kayak from a dock. We bought two of them so we could store the kayak out of the water when not in use. Installation was easy - just watch the videos.

The kayaarm is a well-designed and extremely sturdy piece of hardware…100% satisfied! We were able to install a pair of arms on a floating dock with a large (36”) drop to the water, and it was a game-changer! We can now easily lower the kayak to the water, enter/exit easily, and raise the kayak out of the water for storage in place. Some modifications to the installation were required, but the website had some helpful tips on drilling additional mounting holes.

About a year ago we purchased a two arm KayaArm system and it worked very well for us so we recently purchased a second set. We are a couple in our mid 70s and not quite as agile as we once were. The two KayaArm system makes it easy for us to get in and out of our kayaks from our dock. Because of the distance from top of dock to water, I did have to move the dock bracket which entailed drilling four holes through aluminum -- easy to do. Also, I made a handle (see picture) using 11/4 inch dowel which makes it easier to lift and lower the kayaks.

We purchased 2 KayaArms earlier this summer and are very happy with the product! The construction is very sturdy and it easily stabilizes the kayak when I am getting in and out. Having 2 arms also allows me to raise the kayak and store it out of the water and off the dock.
Per their suggestion, we did make a handle with a hook on the end that made pulling the chain up and down the mast much easier.
I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for an unobtrusive way to stabilize your kayak while getting in and out from your dock as well as storing it out of the water.
